Abstract:
The article is devoted to the topography of the fortified manor of Chernigov colonel V. Dunin-Borkowski and his descendants in Velikiy Listven. The existence of the estate was initiated at the end of the 17th century. It was a close in plan to a square of the territory fortified with a rampart and moat. Its area was 4.5 hectares. There were situated the brick houses and buildings owners, as well as the stone Church. On the North side of the estate there were the peasants’ houses, there was a Posad near the fortifications. In the 19th century the estate was radically reconstructed, and the fortifications were destroyed. Some buildings of the 19th century have preserved to our time.

Abstract:
The paper presents a number of documents from the archive source about The litigation for confirmation of ownership of nobles Nadarzhinskiе to village Trostianets and some other settlements of the Akhtyrsky County of Slobodskaya province (hubernia). These events took place during 1783-1785. But among these materials there are also older documents, dating from 1750th to 1770th. These materials are a valuable source for the study of little-known pages of history of the village Trostianets and its inhabitants of the second half of XVIII century. The materials are kept in the State Archives of Sumy region (Ukraine) in the fund of the Akhtyrsky County Court.

Abstract:
This work is dedicated to the analysis of fortifications and the topographic setting of one of the original settlements of the North-Western Slobozhanshchyna of Mezhirich. This fortes was built by the Cossack migrants from Volynia in the middle of the XVII century. The arrangements of fortifications demonstrates that this is a clear example of Cossack military engineering. Information regarding the modern name of the village Mezhirich provided, which shows the origin of the name in the XVII century.

Abstract:
The article examined the options of a typical building of territory of Chernihiv-Sivershchyna in 19 – early 20 centuries. Housing – an essential part of people's daily lives, has changed its design and planning over the centuries – from simple single-chamber half-dugouts to multi-facilities. Except house in the yard was located complex of farm buildings – such as barn, shed, basement, and others. Their accommodation is often carried semantic load and was caused climatic conditions and traditions. Location of the house in this system also was not accidental. The article researches the most typical for Chernihiv-Sivershchyna types of yards plan, placing on their house and other buildings.
